Events

Partner will add/ create an event in the partner panel for which the on-location identification is required. Events are added by partner and linked with at Agents (at least one). Below are the steps to add events.

Steps to add an event in partner panel

1. Partner after login into their panel, can create any event, site or add an agent from the left sidebar under 1:OLI, as shown below. To add an event Go to Events from the left sidebar.

2. Click on Add Event button from the top right corner of the page.
3. Select site you want to create an event for, give label to the event, select time and date and assign an agent to the event as shown below. At lease one agent will be linked with any created site. All the agents that partner has added from the panel will be displayed here in the dropdown while selecting one.

4. Upon successfully adding an event, partner will receive below success dialog box.

Steps for an agent to activate the event

1. After successfully logged in 1:OLI application, click on 1:EVENT as shown below.

2. All the events assigned to the agent will be displayed as shown below. Event with yellow icon at right end are the ones which are not approved by the agent yet and events with blue tick mark icon at right end are the ones which agent has approved. Agent can approve only one event at a time.

3. Click on yellow icon to approve the event.

4. Click OK to approve the site and agent will get below success dialog box.

5. Click on red icon to delete the event in step 2.

7. Click OK to confirm the delete action of an event.
